Vitamin injection in the morning, I am hoping they will give me my swine flu vac at same time, and having had a cold for last 7 days it better help. For once I won't mind the pain.
I have set a date to stop smoking, and bargaining for a date to stop drinking, woohoo.

He took me to see a band called "Spiritualized" at the royal festival hall in London.
Having only listened to the album they were performing once, I wasn't quite sure how much I would enjoy it, but fuck me, it was brilliant, everything from the horn section, the string section, the choir, percussionist, drummer, bass player, the other two guitarists and the man himself Jason Pierce were simply amazing.
